There are hundreds of diets online to choose from. Most often these diets have been studied by doctors and nutritionists. Some require a fat or carbohydrate-restricted diet. Others design a combination of food to speed up the body's metabolism. Find a diet to lose weight that fits into a fast-paced lifestyle.
